Cannot play voicemails in online Inbox

I finally got to the online Voicemail Messages - Inbox. Seems to be as dysfunctional as it has been for YEARS. This is really unbelievable.

My main concern right now is that I cannot play any messages older that two weeks. The play button does highlight - and nothing else. I need to delete some, but can't even save them to computer.

Even Just getting onto this forum was a nightmare.

Are you able to access your voicemail from your device itself? What kind of phone do you have? When exactly did you start having this issue with the online inbox? What browser are you using? With more details, we'll be able to proceed.

I can play vm's on my ATT Uverse IP phone, but it is a long drawn-out process. I haven't tried the older ones. This has been going on for over one year; I commented on it then, and it never got resolved. I tried Firefox, Edge, and IE and it's the same issue.

When I click on "Want to play your voicemail here", a popup to install Quicktime appears. Quicktime is and has been an absolute no-no in the computer world. Even the U.S. gov't has warned to NOT download it and delete if you have it. When I click on Save to Computer, there are options to play using various apps. But nothing happens when I click the play button on messages older than two weeks.

I keep getting the message “You need to reset your password the first time signing into our new community. An email with instructions has been sent to you.”

I never get the email, but if I click Forgot password, it works - but I have to do that every time.
