Cannot Access the Phone Portal
I have been unable to access the Phone Portal on ATT.com. I've spent several hours of my own time and another two and a half either with a Chat tech or on the phone and neither is able to understand that I am not seeing the pages they were. I have been building and working with computers since the Commodore and the days of DOS. But I have never seen such incompetence as I have from ATT support. One put me on hold to escalate the issue and then I was disconnected. Did she call back, since she sure knew my number? No. Did I receive an email from ATT offering support? No?
Once again, the GIANT steps on the minuscule "ants" below. Though I've been an ATT customer since 1990 and have a legacy Bellsouth.net address, I'm ready to cancel the service, because I cannot depend on either the service or the tech support.
