Caller ID always displaying Unavailable
On my U-verse voice the Caller ID is always displaying as unavailable with the phone numbers that once displayed the appropriate name. e.i WIRELESS CALLER, etc etc.

This is u-verse voice connected to house wiring??
Connect the display directly to the RG tel jack.
If it still does it is att problem. If it stops it is house wiring problem.
Call it in for repair.
