Call Protect

Trying to set it up. When I click on it a purple screen comes up that says HTTPS ERROR CODE 500. ATT Technical rep says it’s temporary and I just have to keep trying. It’s been going on for days. Any so,ution??

Hi there, @ACat2 Let's look into your Call Protect concern!

 

Kindly note that, the AT&T Call Protect app is no longer supported. It was discontinued and replaced with the AT&T ActiveArmor app. You'll want to completely delete the app and download the AT&T ActiveArmor app.

 

We’ve combined both our security apps into one app for both call and data protection. The features and settings you use in Call Protect are now in the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app.

 

With that being said, Feel free to delete the Call Protect app since it is no longer needed. With our new ActiveArmor mobile security app you will have all the same features and more!

AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security

  • Auto Fraud Call Blocking: Detects and blocks calls from likely fraudsters before they reach you.
  • Spam Risk Call Blocking: Blocks or sends calls to voicemail if identified as Spam Risk.
  • Nuisance Call Alerts: Labels potential nuisance calls from telemarketers, surveys, and more.

  • Reverse Number Lookup: Provides details when you enter a U.S. number.
