Call protect option
I have been having trouble with legit callers saying they can't get through to my landline (UVERSE) phone. I thought I would try turning off Call Protect. But when I find the appropriate page on the web site and click to turn off Call Protect, a modal error screen comes up saying there's a JSP error. And Call Protect is not getting turned off.

Call Protect really doesn't do all that much, it doesn't actually block calls, that's done through the call blocking features. Here's a link for call protect, as far as the website errors go, you'd have to work with tech support. I'd check your blocking features and if you have a phone with smart call blocker check its settings. See this topic with the same issue.
