Sister trying to call me gets a message, "this number doe not accept calls from an unidentified caller, this call is blocked"...What star code unblocks this?

No idea. I haven’t had a landline in 20 years. You may try google for star codes

The cell is a ATT, and the land line is ATT...How do you unblock the cell number that is trying to call me?

You need to contact AT&T. Unless another customer here has had the same issue it’s not likely you will gat the answer to your question

What phone service do you have? Digital where the phone plugs into the back of a modem? Traditional landline? Do you have a phone with smart call blocker? If so what make and model? Too many unknowns.

I have an ATT landline, she has an ATT cell in another state...her call gets blocked, but her husband's ATT cell doesn't...this has never happened before...

OK not an answer, so assuming you have a traditional landline dial into the service and go through the blocked numbers (only allowed 10) and if hers is in it unblock it. I'm leaning toward you having digital service and you hit *61 after she called, but I won't know if you have digital unless you tell me.

You can check out our guide on how to block or unblock calls. If you scroll down to where it says Turn call block/call screening on and off and Add and remove phone numbers, you'll find instructions!
