AT&T Rep screwed me out of my grandfather home phone plan!
Called to have my grandfather $25 Uverse home phone 1000 mins unpublished never used enough to warrant unlimited, Rep started hitting me up with a promo home phone unlimited $25 for three months then $35.. I said no at least four times to this determined Rep, well you guessed it he changed it anyway! ... Called twice was then told no problem, no change second flat out shot down as to return grandfather plan or to allow me to file a complaint against Rep. additional $120 if I stay... Three months im pulling all the uverse plugs..I hope AT&T loses their fresh 100mil lawsuit.. No CEO's for POTUS ever!

Prob solved, was unable to get resolve, so I switched to their 200min plan same $25 I was paying for my grandpa 1000 plan ($35 otherwise), turned off voicemail so no answers no lost minutes when away.
I'll be danged if im going to let At&t screw me out of an extra $120 a year for a uvoice plan that I never hardly used or asked for! Soon as I'm all clear contracts, At&t is history.
