Can only tell you what's on page 17 of the manual for DL7219 which states:

Bluetooth
Introducing Bluetooth
Connect to CellTM application
If you are using Bluetooth-enabled cell phones with Android® OS 2.3 or above,
you can further extend the flexibility of your telephone system with use of the
free Connect to Cell application.

It doesn't mention iPhone, though when you get to the part about pairing it only mentions Bluetooth not a specific set of cell phones. So, unless someone on the board has personal experience with pairing iPhone with this cordless system your guess is as good as mine. There's also the following at the bottom of page 17:

Connect to CellTM is a trademark of Advanced American Telephones.
Android® and Google Play® are registered trademarks of Google Inc.

Question might be better answered by Apple.

@HereturbiesWalt Your post has nothing to do with the OP's issue and doesn't even apply to home phones. Or iPhone for that matter.

Can only point you to the information in the manual that's already been posted 8 months ago.

AT&T Support lists my iPhone as an OK device for the Bluetooth Bridging for contacts - there is NO reference to what OS was involved in making that statement. My phone sees the device & the device says it sees my phone my iPhone says send contact data - AT&T Phone does NOTHING.

It might be a " Buyer Be Aware" of iPhone issues.
