All incoming calls show "incoming call" how do i get the Caller id to work
We just purchased and AT&T EL52313 cordless phone. All received calls show "Incoming call". How can I get the information from the directory or caller id to show up on screen?
I worked on our previous phone, not AT&T, so i don't think it is phone company problem?

If it works on your old phone it should work on this one, there is no option to turn the CID off on the phone. You might have a defective phone.

Can I retrieve deleted caller ID numbers? I have a Vech landline with AT&T
