We do not have phone jack on the wall anymore

We do not have phone jack on the wall anymore, the apartment told me we should ask AT&T for a box to plug our phone into. But ATT support said they do not send any boxes. What should we do?

Order phone service and see what they tell you.

We already have phone service.

We transferred our service to a different unit in the same apartment building. The new apartment does not have a phone jack.

That’s on your apartment then. AT&T only uses existing wall jacks in apartments
