Waiting now almost 2 years
I have an existing ticket number NSOSOG16 that is now pending for 2 years. I think I have been patient and fair in allowing ATT the due diligence to complete the job. I followed all instructions provided in their insstructions and either someone forgot about the job or they dont care. Please if someone could give me some direction that would be great because my next course of action is to push this through the city as this pole is a clear safety hazzard to my neighbors who have repeatedly complained and a definate city code violation. The pole is being held by a frail rope and the wood is rotted and has been the source of a fire ant infestation I just finsihed battling. The pole needs to be removed because it is leaning into the street. AT&T's oversight and failure to act is disheartening and more over negligent.

If you're sure it's a AT&T owned pole, usually with power on it they're not, file an FCC complaint, that will get quick action.

Hey sorry please see day time pics below. Att confirmed it was their pole. I had to get all the other services removed prior to reaching out to Att for them to do the job.

See this topic posted nine months ago for further information:
I'd say you've mess with AT&T enough and should file an FCC complaint, this assumes you used the process for reporting downed and obstructed lines in the old topic. When you file the FCC complaint also state the pole is not properly guyed, since it's a corner pole it needs a down guy for safety reasons.

Below the power looks like a drop wire. Of course, what kind of drop you can't tell.

@spoom2 very disappointed so far with @ATTHelp . As a follow up see below: Why am I having to follow up when its ATT's liability and how can an obvious safety hazzard have a delay ? At the least i assumed the company would have taken ownership of their oversight and due to the length of time reach out to me. Instead you attempt to brush this under the rug and send me to a call queue. This is not ok. SO again patiently waiting for your IVR to call me beack because your wait times were in excess of 30 mins.
