Tree on phone line

The phone line running from pole to pole behind my house is going to break. The tree about half way in between the poles is leaning on it. It is stretched about 15 feet below where it should be hanging.

  1. its up to whoever owns the tree to trim or remove it, if it breaks the cable at&t will hire an arberist to clear the tree and bill the tree owner for the arborist and the cable repairs.
