Tree fell on at&t lines my phone is working right now but the box on the side of my house is off the house they want repair it til May 23,2022.

Not a wireless issue!
The pole likely belongs to the electric company, not AT&T. It's on the electric company to have the tree removed.

AT&T doesn't trim trees or remove them, that up to the property owner.
