Split pole

During a storm wired were damaged in my dad's back yard. He is not mobile and his tv is very important to him. Comcast cannot put the line back up because the pole itself is split and they cannot climb it. The pole is tagged as belonging to at&t. 5 days so far without any entertainment or diversion for. 76 yr old bed bound person is ridiculous. The address is 118 4th street, LaSalle IL. The pole in located in the alley behind the house.
