Report Downed AT&T Lines in Yard Without Active Account
I have a downed AT&T line in my yard, however I do not have an active account with AT&T (previous home owners had this line installed). In order to report via telephone, you need an active account. How can I report this to AT&T to have them either re-attach the line to my house, or remove the line?

On the right side of the page under Home Phone Hot Topics is a link to "Report Line or Pole Issues", try that.

I was able to get the correct phone number after visiting the number below and going through the menus and talking to a representative. Thanks for the help!
