Replacing a damaged old pole

I have an old pole, worked over by woodpeckers and hit by a car. It leans heavily to the west and is located right in the middle of my driveway. I am resurfacing my driveway and would very much like to see it moved. The city says it's phone lines and call phone co. I can't seem to get to the right people to help me. Any help would be appreciated.

Call the non emergency police number tell them there’s an unsafe pole. They will call their local At&t contact number

Well I went to the Romulus police department and they were unhelpful. They wouldn't even look at my pictures. The officer told me to keep calling at&t and the squeaky wheel gets greased. I have spent hours on the phone over the last year and only get the run around. I will pay for the new pole if I need to.

True the strand will hold it up.  I'd be more concerned about the lashing wire on the upper cable.

@spoom2  pretty sure the upper cable is cable tv or another tenant. Hard to tell

@Constructive  Could be, when I blow it up it gets pretty fuzzy, but there's definitely lashing wire that broken.
