Replacement IFWA-40 activation problems
I'm going to try to summarize what other users have found to work to activate the new unit you receive to replace the old unit that is 3g only and won't work when 3g goes away. If more solutions come up I'll post them. Closing this topic to posting it's for information purposes only.
. Take the unit to an AT&T store they can fix it. This was the solution for a couple of posters whose unit had the wrong SIM card
. Call the 800 number that's included with the unit. This per MikeGorsch in this topic
. Work with tech support again a couple poster said this is how they fixed there's.
. User stated SIM card was installed wrong. Here's a link for installing SIM card
