Removal of outdoor equipment

I need AT&T to remove their boxes from the back of my house. I am doing renovations and will need them off the wall as soon as possible.  I have tried numerous times to contact the buried line office, but none of the calls go through...

Once installed, that equipment belongs to the homeowner. ATT won't remove them due to potential liability issues regarding leaks and property damage. You can get a handyman to remove and repair the siding as needed.
