Release of Easement Contact North San Diego
I have an old easement from the 1930’s (Pac bell back then) that I want to understand if it is still in use and valid or if we can get released. This will affect future construction planning
Can someone please help direct me to the correct person to move toward the next steps?

Your local taxing authority, be it county or city are the ones who control the size and placement of easements, they also have the contacts and forms needed to apply for a release of easement.
