who is responsible for the upkeep and keeping trees off of the AT&T phone lines on my street Saturday night 7-7-2018 a tree fell that had been leaning on the wires causing a car crash totaling my car. this tree has been on the lines for some time and there are many others along my street with wires running through them.

We recommend contacting the property owner where the tree is located. They are normally responsible for the upkeep of trees.
