Old wire at utility pole
I have an utility pole at corner of property. In a recent storm West Penn came and straightened the damaged pole leaving the old anchor flapping against the pole. They said it was the phone companies (which this has been since 1950) so it would have been the old Bell phone responsibility to remove. ?? Who do I need to contacct?
