Old Telephone pole removal

I have an old rotted ATT pole in my front yard that is a safety hazard and is infested with ants. When the pole began leaning into the street I contacted the tech support who sent a tech out however a year later the pole still stands in my front yard. I am at a loss at this time and need help with at least an update as to having this removed. Additionally my neighbor wrote a very concerning letter asking me to address this  immediately.

Follow the instructions for down or obstructed lines. Pictures would help

What happened when you reported it per the instructions in the link? I don't see anything attached to the pole. The new pole has power attached, so I assume the old pole did too, which means it doesn't belong to AT&T.

I was posting while you were.  You can call them, but like I said if it has or had power on it, it doesn't belong to AT&T.  Also looks like there's a 90-degree angle on that power line and no guy wire, that's a lot of strain on that pole.

when they came out last they confirmed he pole was an Att pole . I was simply waiting on an engineer supervisor to return from vacation to complete the final step of removing it.  I will call them today as a follow up and keep you posted

@mrdanielmcglynn I'm referring this topic to the new topic on the same issue. Going to close this one to further posting to keep everything in one topic
