No service on home phone for several weeks
Several weeks ago my home phone (over the internet) stopped working. I have been on the phone with various people from ATT at least 8 times over the past few weeks. They found out it that there was a problem with the SIM card. One was sent. It was the wrong size. Another one was ordered. ATT was out of the size I needed. Finally received the correct size. Installed it. Phone didn't work. Was on the phone over 4 hours between yesterday and today while they tried to get my phone to work. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! All together I've probably been on the phone for almost 7 hours over the past few weeks with ATT. I was finally told to try to make an in-home appointment with a repair person from ATT. I couldn't do that on-line because I kept receiving a message about cookies. This has gone from the sublime to the absurd. I have been a customer for almost 30 years. I NEED ASSISTANCE ALREADY.!
