No ring when call is incoming.

Regarding my landline service...

I have dial tone and can make calls on all phones, but incoming calls don't ring in. There is a light that shows the incoming call but no ring.

Dial tone is clear, calls can be made and received, and all functions are working, but the phones don't ring. 

Please advise.
