No Phone Service
We experience a service disruption (home phone) due to inclement weather (5 days and counting). Trying to call for assistance via cellphone and either there is no call back or being transferred around (sometimes to other customers who are calling for service (which is strange)). We have been loyal customers and the phone disruption is affecting a senior citizen who is reliant on their phone. Need a method of contact other than the service number because it seems to be failing. I am being patient, but no customer service will mean no customer.

Call 800-288-2020 I think landlines are prompt 1 or say landline or POTS. This link is supposed to be for online reporting of POTS. None of this helps file an FCC complaint.
