NO PHONE FOR 2 DAYS

I used the phone Friday evening and woke up Saturday with no phone service. I have not been able to get ANYONE on the phone to help fix this problem!!! When someone calls immediately disconnects.  Not a busy signal just absolutely nothing!! I am 97 years old and it is crucial that the phone works. Thank goodness I have a cell phone for emergencies.
