Page 68 of the manual for EL52XX3 page 2 of the manual has a phone number where you can order them if you can't find them locally.

We understand that you have questions related to if you could add a old handset to new base @Abader.

To answer your question, yes you can if the handset is compatible. First, you would need to unregister the old handset by following the steps below.

  • At the handset(s) do this to deregister them.
  • *331734# followed by menu/select
  • The phone beeps twice, reboots and then comes back up ready to register to a new base station.

Registering to the new base station is now easily accomplished using the standard instructions.

How do I register a new accessory handset to the base?

  • Charge the new handset before attempting registration.
The unregistered handset will display: To register HS...see manual. If you do not see this message, lift the handset from its charger for a few seconds, then place it back in the charger.
  • Press and hold HANDSET LOCATOR (or FIND HANDSET), located on the base, for about four seconds, until the IN USE light on the base turns on.
  • Press # on the handset. It will first display Registering, followed by Registered. The newly registered handset will be assigned the lowest extension number not previously assigned to another system handset. If registration is not successful, repeat the above process.

Please let us know if that works for you.

The method suggested by @ATTHelp usually works if for some reason it doesn't try the following methods to deregister a handset users have stated in several cases these methods work.
