Need an AT&T line moved from one pole to another, but we don't have an AT&T account or service.

Hi, we have not had any luck calling in to AT&T because we don't have any services, but we have 3 lines that we are told are AT&T lines (one possibly fiber optic?) That run over a cement pad in our backyard where our hot tub has been located. We have a second pole, and Spectrum was already able to move their service line to this pole. How do we get AT&T to respond and tend to their line without an account?

Don’t have AT&T service? Say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”
