Leaning telephone pole

We have a leaning telephone pole in our front yard that PGE says does not belong to them and is the phone companies.  I have tried numerous numbers on the ATT site, been transferred multiple times and each time get told they will transfer me to someone else and then get put back into a holding loop.  I have called the Repair Dept number that was given to me and get put on hold again and when I enter my number for a call back someone from Sales calls me back and can't help me.  A neighbor that works for Verizon had some numbers for ATT employees and was able to get a technician out but couldn't verify that ATT owned the pole and couldn't log onto the app that they have that gives out that information so he was going to contact someone else but said it could take days.  PGE and this gentleman all said that the pole sounds hollow and is probably rotted.  Please tell me how we can get someone out here to take care of this before it falls over and hurts someone or damages a house or a car when it falls.

Is it just a bare pole with nothing on it? There's usually some type of brand that identifies the owner, but one of the techs should have seen one if there is. Got photos?

This is the link for downed or obstructed lines there's also this number we've been given 866-410-7414 that's supposed to be able to address these type of issues.

The bell just popped up after I sent this. 🤷‍♀️

we have had multiple agencies come out and they have not found any information on the pole regarding who owns it.

DM won't show up if you're not logged in. The following questions quoted weren't answered.

If nobody found a brand sounds like the pole wasn't placed by a utility company.

If all you're trying to do is bump your topic to the top, that is against forum rules. You been given information as to how to report this. Also, you haven't answered the questions asked.

Sorry. I had replied but then after trying to submit had to sign in, lost password, etc. after typing it several times I didn’t add it all again.

nope not type to bump to the top. The only way I have found to sign in is if I’m trying to post something.
(Edited per community guidelines) didn’t realize there were so many rules or forum police.
The poles are not bare. They have cable wires on them and maybe phone.
luckily the city came out and got ATTs attention and they are out fixing the pole at the moment.
Thanks for your information

Glad you're getting it resolved. Should be a sign in top right. As far as rules of the board go, there in the terms you agree to when you sign up, but I'm sure like many, me included you just accept and move on. Forum Police, not really, you'd be surprised what people and spammers try to get away with, hence the rules.
