Landline support

how do I look at my landline bill from a computer at the library? I was told I need to create an account but when I try to your system want to send a validation code to my home phone(landline) while I am at the library using their free WiFi because I am Senior on a tight budget. So I don't have smart phone.

This is a common issue with AT&T traditional landline service. Plus the validation code they are sending is most likely a text message which of course you can't get on a landline. You can call AT&T customer service and when you do say landline at the voice prompt, make sure they understand you have a traditional landline.
