How do you report damage to AT&T property? Your 800 288 2020 telephone number does not work/help!

Someone hit AT&T pole outside our property by a vehicle and has caused extensive damage to the cable and cable guard. Even the pole seems to have been damaged. I tried several of your toll free numbers but automated system does not allow me to go any further. I am NOT an ATT customer nor have any account with you. I am just doing this as my civic duty. Please send your damage mitigation experts to look at the damage. Thanks!
