How can I get a tech to actually show up and fix my severely handicapped father-in-laws phone so he can use his medical alert system?
My Father-in-law is severely handicapped. He has has no service since Friday morning. His medical alert service is at this point non-functional. I have gone through the on-line repair service and chatted with someone who assured me that this would be resolved. My Father-in-law did receive a call from the automated response system indicating a tech would call and be at his home by 6pm central time. That did not happen. How can I get a tech there today to get him back on his medical alert system?
