Hanging wire bundle
I really have no idea where to call to get this fixed and I am sure NOT going to call their "customer service" number.
But here goes.
About a month ago there was an AT&T truck up by the road.
This is what was left behind.
I've been patiently waiting for them to come back and fix this. This cannot be acceptable.

Downed or obstructed lines
Heads up: Extreme weather or other factors can bring down lines, including electrical lines. Never approach a downed wire yourself. Always call your local authorities in an emergency.

Ok.
So I called.
Was on hold a very short time, surprisingly.
Then was transferred once to technical support where I told them the issue. After making me update my security password number and question I was informed that he cannot help me with my problem. What a shock. Suggested I call my local government.
Good grief AT&T. You're too much.

They did the same thing to my house. They ran new wires to my neighbors 3 days ago from my back yard and left 2 of these going from there house, over my fence and through my yard. Called today because my internet is out and has been having issues sense They put my neighbors in... Then they told me $99 to come take care of the wires and reconnect mine because it is isolated to my house. I am.so confused.
