Generator on a public street
AT&T has left a very loud generator on the street for 36 hours because their box was damaged. No one has slept in our house for 2 days! We can't enjoy our daily lives because of this incessant noise.
I do not have ATT service so I cannot log in to make a complaint!!! What do I do??? We are going insane and the police department is no help!

Not sure what you want, the generator is keeping service working until things can be repaired. You don't expect them to kill service to the people being served out of the terminal box do you? You can always call the customer reporting number and at the voice prompt say you're not a customer and go from there to see if they can tell you when repairs are expected to be made.

Same. I’m going to try the fire department and see if they can help. Right under bedroom window and diesel smell enough to trigger severe migraine!
