Escalation Team Home phone repair
My dad’s phone line is down. His lifeline is connected to this line. He lives alone. I put in a service request yesterday. Was told by the automated system that it would be repaired today between 8am and 5pm. Got a text at 6pm today saying “sorry we couldn’t get to your repair today.” Obviously someone knew way before 6pm that they would not get to this today. When I try to get into the website to get a repair status, it will not allow me to log in, even though the login works to get into the account, it does not work to get into the repair site. I called in to see if I could talk to someone. ON HOLD FOR 40MIN EVEN THOUGH IT SAID HOLD TIME WOULD BE ABOUT 8MIN. Never got anyone to pick up. Your website does not work.Your automated call system does not work. Was transferred on one call to U_Verse even though we don’t even have this service on this account. This is not good customer service. This is not service at all. We need this line functional. We pay the bill. YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE WE EXPECT.
