Contact Information for AT&T's Distribution Department
I need to contact the distribution department in order to gain more information on alignments of buried/overhead lines that may exist on a site where my engineering company is entering a design phase.
And as an FYI, I already have placed a OneCall and this is the direction given to me by them, to contact "ATT DISTRIBUTION" for telephone lines that run through the site of interest.
I have tried multiple customer care numbers and they have been dead ended every time.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

This is a customer-to-customer message board so I doubt anyone here would have that information.

Thanks! I just have seen responses by a few employees on the forum too so I'm holding out hope for that I suppose.

although some engineers dont like to deal with the public (i had a customer contacting me about removing a pole , he emailed 3 times a day and called at least twice a day asking for the status of the removal when i told him in the first contact that at&t wasnt on the pole it was owned by frontier, so then he wanted me to coordinate the pole removal with frontier) i swore id never deal directly with a customer after that.
