Is there a faster way to call in or email a Line Cut?

Thanks. I was sitting in que on that number for an hour today. I hung up and called 800-924-9420 and again sat in que for a long time. Once I did get someone, they told me I had to report it to 811 because it was associated with a line locate request then to find out from 811 that was not true and that I needed to talk to the Utility dept. to sit in que again. Ugh! I wish they had a link on their website for Excavators just to report the cut line.
I've seen a couple topics that stated customer service was short staffed because of the virus outbreak.
