Collapsing uncovered equipment ignored by EVERYONE at ATT

Is there someplace else I can report AT&T for collapsing, dangerous equipment? We have literally been tossed around from Department to Department in our brand new home. All of their equipment is literally collapsing into the ground with no cover in my front yard. this neighborhood is less than two months old! There is seriously zero excuses for this. Please see the picture. We have been in this home less than a week and unfortunately everyone on our street is connected to our front yard and is about to probably lose their services. Even the technician who came out in person to connect our Internet said it was horrible. They just ignore it and allow it to continue to collapse in further and further into the ground. Now the tower is leaning and is about to fall. This company obviously does not care about its customers, and it’s just waiting for Everyone on the street to lose their service and then have to dig up my front yard. Please give me some guidance on how to report them further?????

@Mrjponder did the DM from ATTHelp resolve your issue? If not try contacting the buried wire center at 800-924-9420 also this is supposed to be an alternative number 866-410-7414

Buried wire center hung up on me, said they could look at the wire in two weeks, but wouldn’t address the other equipment. Referred to repair center, who transferred me to Uverse, who then told me it was repair center job to fix the issue.

Did you make an identical post under another username? The information you've been given is all we have. File a complaint with the FCC if you feel you're getting the run around from AT&T.

I think my wife may have, they are supposed to send someone to investigate, so we’ll see. Thanks for the info.
