Clearance requirements for att green box

I have a large att green box in my backyard and I'm wanting to partially enclose/conceal it and build a raised play house for my children above it.  I'm aware it needs to be accessible for service, so i want to know what clearances are required around and above for the lid to open and allow a service tech access.

There are no such requirements, it's with-in an easement and the requirements for the easement are it's width across your property which can be found through the local city or county government.

You should never build anything in an easement your not willing to have taken down on demand for access.

Should not enclose (build over the top) the box.

Can check with local rules and regulations but I would expect a 6 feet clearance on all sides... plant some bushes in the area if wish to cover from view the site.

Recommend building the playhouse outside of the easement area.
