CHARLOTTE COMMUNITY NEED YOUR HELP-EQUIPMENT NEGLECT

Good Day:  ATT-Corporate Team Leaders and Tech Coordinators

 

I am doing my best to reach a member of your team to come out and assist my community in Charlotte, NC – We gone almost a year with this type of neglect in my community in Charlotte, NC- Now I know you stand by your reputation so I am begging you to take immediate action and have a tech team come out to Citiside Community to help us with some extreme alarming safety issues- We have several of these open phone boxes laying in lawns all through our community, I have spoken to some of your techs, that had promise to report these issues, Well to say the least nothing has been done! The neglect is horrible and totally unacceptable- I am at the point of do we call Spectrum News to get the attention- my community so need! I saw a jogger running last night and thought to myself thank God they saw the boxes as they jogged around them- I reaching out and praying you receive this message- We care in my community for the safety of everyone- This is your product- This is your reputation- Please ATT take this seriously and take immediate action to resolve all of these broken phone/cable boxes.  I counted over 20 damaged boxes in the community that has gone without care and bad service in this community- IF THEY ARE NOT NEEDED COME AND PICK UP -SO NO ONE GETS HURT- Do you care!!

That's a buried wire issue. Here's the link to report those issues. When you post this stuff on the forums photo's really help. If the terminal covers aren't damaged, they're pretty easy to put back on. Your post sounds like an HOA and if so and if you have a grounds keeper it wouldn't take long to put them back on. If it's more than just replacing the cover report it to the link provided. I can assure you AT&T doesn't care if you report it to your local new feed, so go ahead if you feel it warrants that attention.

This is a customer populated forum while AT&T employees will post it is there opinion only it doesn't reflect the views of AT&T and that is in the footer of the employee. There are no corporate representatives on here just ATTHelp, and members. So, you aren't addressing anyone at AT&T officially, you do that by calling, writing the office of the president or the filing of FCC complaints. Forgot you mods and admins that keep the board going.
