Can't submit online repair ticket

 I've been trying for days to submit an online repair ticket because I have no dial tone, but am stuck in a loop: I choose the service area ("Home Phone") and it takes me to a screen asking for my phone number; but after I enter it, I get popped back to the 1st screen, which now includes this message "A selection from the service list is required. Please select the service for which you need support." I DID select from the service list: HOME PHONE!!! I've done this over & over, to no avail...have even tried different browsers, but the same thing happens. And there's NO "Chat" button anywhere...and of course no way to reach a human being via email. I reported the problem using my cell phone, but cell service in my area is spotty at best, so wanted to make SURE they got my trouble report. Yeah, good luck with that.

Is the web site where you tried to report your trouble with the phone? www.att.com/repair

I selected Home Phone from the options and entered my phone number without a problem. 

If you have U-verse phone, you can set up a tech visit via the MYATT app.

Yep, I'm using the att.com/repair page, and I don't have a U-Verse phone. I have no idea why it would work for you and not for me...I click "Home Phone" and then enter my phone number in the popup...but then I get sent right back to the page where I'm supposed to click a service, and now it includes the message that I have to select a service. NOTHING seems to work to get out of this loop.
