Broken AT&T utility pole
Hello, does anyone know who to contact about removing a broken utility pole from your driveway? I’ve called several times and made several work orders and it’s been almost a month and the broken pole is still in my driveway. Please help!

Caleb, I’ve called that number several times. I have a work order. Two technicians have come to do an assessment. It’s been over 2 months and the pole is still in my driveway.

Thank you for the update, @MsTT.
We will need to bring you into a DM to check on the statues of your work order.
In the mean time, please provide the work order number, so we can check to see what is causing the delay.
Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

@MsTT there is a time limit to reply to a DM, not sure what it is but make sure you're accepting notifications when someone post on your topic also when someone addresses you with the "at" sign.

uts not an overnight process
The power company needs to issue a form with the intent to work to AT&T ( in California and Nevada that would go to me) then i send it to a project manager assigned to that wire center to acquire funding and permit for the work, once approved it goes to the engineer to write the job, after that it goes to scheduling, scheduling will schedule it when the work load permits, the intent is the first step to many at&t is forbidden to touch it until power has submitted the forms

@Constructive
there is an active work order that has been open for months. The power company came out and said that it’s not their pole. I’m trying to get this pole out of my driveway because it’s obstructing coming in and out.
