Broken AT&T utility pole

Hello, does anyone know who to contact about removing a broken utility pole from your driveway? I’ve called several times and made several work orders and it’s been almost a month and the broken pole is still in my driveway. Please help!

I’ve called that number several times. Either get disconnected or nobody knows where to send me.

We're here to assist with your pole concern, @MsTT!

Just as out ACE @Constructive mentioned, the team that would handle your request would be our support team at 800.288.2020. Keep in mind this information when calling:

  • Have AT&T service? Provide your account info and say, “Line is down.”
  • Don’t have AT&T service? Say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”

Don't hesitate to reach back out if you ever need our assistance again. Thank you for choosing the AT&T Community Forums!

Caleb, I’ve called that number several times. I have a work order. Two technicians have come to do an assessment. It’s been over 2 months and the pole is still in my driveway.

Thank you for the update, @MsTT.

We will need to bring you into a DM to check on the statues of your work order.

In the mean time, please provide the work order number, so we can check to see what is causing the delay.

Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
