AT&T wiring causing damage to house - how to have it removed?

There is old AT&T wiring on the house I just purchased that is causing damage to the house/gutters on windy days.  How do I request AT&T remove it?

Thank you so much!  The wiring was taken down today by an AT&T tech.  I'm so relieved to have that done and over with.

Let's get those wires removed for you, @Jennie_Lews!

As stated by our ACE, @tonydi, the best team to contact to resolve this would be the number listed in the link they provided, 800.288.2020. Be sure to be mindful of this information when calling to get the best assistance possible:

  • Have AT&T service? Provide your account info and say, “Line is down.”
  • Don’t have AT&T service? Say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”

Do'nt hesitate to reach back out if you ever need our help again. Thank you for choosing the AT&T Community Forums!
