The telephone phone line block cable tester is used for basic troubleshooting of analog phone systems. It monitors phone lines for signal strength and tone quality, and is mostly used to check the operating parameters of a phone company's wiring.

If we sent you the device itself, then we could possibly locate a manual for it, but as the description is given now we don't have the resources for the device you're inquiring about.

Just google 66 block testing equipment or something around that verbiage, you're going to find a lot of stuff.  If you can be more specific on what you're looking for I can probably help.  There are many different adaptors for accessing or testing 66 blocks.  There is no manual or test kit I'm aware of, they're pretty straight forward.  Are you wanting to test a single pair at a time or more?  Take pictures of this test kit you have and the items in it and post them.
