ATT Homebase 0662 issues
I have the ATT home base 0662. Right now I have to unplug and replug it back in several times a day in order to get reconnected. It's in the same location it always was and I'm sitting about 12 ft away from it. I contacted via telephone your technical support and I even went into one of your stores. They said you are no longer servicing the home base box. Is this true? Why was I never notified of this? They said I would have to start a new program which of course was more expensive with only 20% of the current gig I have now on my current program. I'm very frustrated with AT&T.
