Application for easement release

We are putting in a pool and need to push the pool over our easement , so we need to get it release from AT&T. Where do I get this or from whom?

From your local governing authority that controls easements, they have the forms.

The city is telling me I have to go to get it from them myself. Then they will sign off on it once AT&T, Spectrum and my local electricity company does .

You can try contacting the Business Forum I don't know if the process still works or not as things have changed several times.

To Contact Engineering access the business forum, you'll need to register in that forum. You can also find a link to the business forum in the Wireless forum, dumb I know but that's where they put it.

Hey there @Sharki! We're here to help with your easement request.

In order to look into this matter with you further, we're going to need to speak privately via DM (direct message). Please be on the lookout for a message from us at the top right of this page- you should see a little red dot on the chat icon next to the bell icon.

We look forward to speaking with you soon!

I have the exact same issue/concern and I am having trouble reaching anyone at AT&T who knows how to help with this. I have been transferred to five different numbers/teams this morning. Can someone from AT&T please help me with the easement release? Note: When I bought my home the lines were already cut at the base of the box, so I would assume this box isn't live/currently serving any purpose. Thanks.
