Abandoned Building on My Property
We have a piece of property that has an abandoned concrete structure on it that used to be some type of telephone building. The structure is about 10 x 10 with a roof and chain link fence around it. The plat for the property states that it is an AT&T building within and easement from 1960. Since the building is empty and dilapidated, I need to speak with someone about it. If possible i would like to demolish it. Who at At&t can I talk to about it?

Zip code?
ATT (Ma Bell) was broken up into 7 Baby Bells in 1982.
Then some of these baby bells sold off some on their rural areas to other telcos.
The current ATT is actually SBC (Southern Bell) that made several purchases from about 1987 to 2018 including buying ATT Long Lines (long distance) in 2005 and then took the name ATT.

Depending on where you’re located the actual company you need to reach out could be ATT, CenturyLink (Lumen), FairPoint, Frontier, TDS, Verizon, Windstream, etc.

Hi there, @cmaistros! Let's help see what can be done about that abandoned building on your property.
So that we can connect with our Engineering team on this, we'll need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly. Once we're there, we can continue this via chat or via phone if you'd like.
We look forward to speaking with you!
