8 Calls to ATT still no repair!!!
I have a bundled account, phone, internet and Directv. Recently my phone line when dead on a Thursday. ATT could not set appointment until Saturday between the hours of 10 and 12. At 4 p.m. no repairman, no phone call and after my husband yelled at many supervisors in India we were scheduled for Sunday between 8:30 and 9:30. At 9:35 a repairman showed up. He was not able to fix the problem indoors and said he would be having to fix the problem outdoors. To our amazement he just left. He left the phone junction box outside our home open with wires hanging out. No call, no nothing he just left. At around 12:30 I phoned AT&T and was told an outside repairman would be there to fix the problem by 2:30. At 4:30 I called AT&T again just to be told (by a supervisor) that while a ticket had been made, dispatch never assigned a repairman to our house. We have been lied to over and over by AT&T. It is now our sole goal to find another carrier (hard because of AT&T's monopoly) because being lied to and given inferior service is NOT what we signed up for. Shame on this so called phone company. Next letter will be to the FCC.
