5 G doesn't work

Connected new 5 G receiver and have all light light lit and a dial tone, but cannot make or receive calls. I see others are having same problem.

It’s not a 5g device.  It’s an LTE device.

Wireless Home Phone it's most likely not activated. See this link poster in another topic said they selected the SIM card to activate theirs but didn't say which one.

To All:

You have to call the 800 number included in the mailing to activate the SIM card,

That's it.

Thanks for letting us know what worked for you. If there's a number to call to activate service on the new unit, must be most people aren't reading it.

@MikeGorsch Approximately what date did you obtain your replacement device?

AT&T notified me they stopped supplying this product on 12/7/2021 so they are refusing to upgrade my 3G wireless home phone and allow service continuity. Please advise whether yours was ordered before or after Dec 7.
