worst experience in customer service
For the life of me I can't figure out why AT&T doesn't do more to satisfy their customers. WE are their revenue and they could care less how they treat us.
I am a retired AT&T employee and I have always known that calling AT&T for customer support is like falling into a great black hole. I HATE the company and do all i can to discourage people from using AT&T for ANYTHING!!!!!
July 7th I changed all my service to VERIZON. Best experience yet and very refreshing. HOWEVER!!,,, AT&T is still making charges on my account.
No results on the phone. Nothing except their lowsy phone music.
I hope they lose many customers, I am doing all i can to make that happen. Telling everyone to steer clear.
